Yesterday I got a surprise from my friend Eefje.
She had sent me a card with a hint on it, with a
trainticket to Rotterdam. I didn’t know anything,
except that I would be outdoors the whole day.

So at 7:30 in the morning I crawled out of bed,
put some warm clothes on and went on my trip
to Rotterdam. But in Rotterdam we had to take
a train down south and I still didn’t know where
we went. In the train I had to guess and when,
after a couple of ideas, the surprise was
The winterefteling I went insane in the train

The winterefteling is a themepark in Tilburg.
Normaly it’s called the Efteling, but in November
and December the Efteling is transformed in a
winterwonderland with snow and many lights.
The only downside, no extreme rides outdoors,
the rollercoasters are closed and the Pirana (waterride)
is shut down.

It was a wonderfull day, I was siked!
One moment I didn’t know what to expect, the
other moment I’m sitting in the rollercoaster
in the dark screaming and laughing with Eefje.

The best way to close this sucky year!!

My rating for the Efteling and the surprise date with Eefje:

Many stories on my blog start of with the letters OMFG.
But for this story, omfg is the right amound of letters and
the best way to discribe Machine Girl.

The movie is about a girl that seeks revenge after the death
of her brother. That’s it.. One thing, she loses her arm and
gets a prostetic arm, a machine gun! The bad ass thing about
it, it’s sooooo obvious it’s a plastic gummy one!!

You can see that Nikkatsu production is a very cheap studio.
The whole movie is plastic fantastic. hilarious!!
In this movie they’ve used like 25000000 liters fake blood.
In fountains that is. The bloodshowers are to die for!

It’s bin a while that I laughed my ass of that hard,
so if you want to see ridiculous things, watch Machine girl!

Blocparty: Blue Light

I’m watching Heroes for quite some time now.
Waiting for new episodes but a couple of days ago
I had to watch the last couple of episodes and
Bartholemew told me of a guest role…Seth Green!!
And Breckin Meyer (robot chicken,rat race, garfield)
I was so surprised to hear that Seth was playing
a role in Heroes and immediatly started thinking
about wich role he would be playing. Dork was the
first thing that came up and I was close.

I’m not saying more than that, I don’t want to
spoil the moment any further than I already did,
muahahaha.

Heroes is still very amusing to watch.
On the other hand I’m hoping that Heroes will
have an end. In my opninion it would be a shame
if Heroes continues for like 8 seasons…
I’ve got the issue right now that I feel a drag
in the storyline sometimes..
The “Get it over with” feeling… That’s not a
good feeling at all.
But for the moment I’m still hooked

One thing: Seth lose the beard!!
Sylar: please be nice again!!

Omfg how funny can a comedy be!
The IT crowd, season 1,2 and 3.
Roy and Moss are working in the basement of a company
responsible for IT.
Jen becomes their boss, but doesn’t know anything about
computers! LoL…
Jen is like the social person and Roy and Moss are having
the biggest problems with colleagues, boss and women!!
So Jen becomes the paste between IT and the others

A little taste of uberness!!

My rating for the IT crowd:

All I heard was negative comments on the last movie of the X-files.
Mulder and Scully were like a married couple, arguing all the time.
It wasn’t all the time…lol…but ok, it isn’t “normal” for Mulder and
Scully to be close to eachother like in this movie.

The story isn’t that bad, but it wasn’t the old school freaky stuff
I was used to. Every thursdaynight I would watch the X-files
with my dad when I was young and most of the times it scared
the shit out of me. Ok I’m ten years older and I’m more used
to creepy shit, but the story wasn’t alien-like at all…
I was disappointed..No UFOs, no aliens, no creepy crawlers
under somebody’s skin…What a shame!!

Ok the movie should have got another name than the X-files.
Scully reffering to Mulder’s sister who he still wants to save
….Oh come on woman!!
But Mulder was in it!! That made everything good
Hubba hubba, even when he’s getting older.
(very good thing he shaved his beard of)

Uche uche, pulled my oldschool pink NDS
out of dust and started playing Professor Layton
and the curious village. God damn on a stick,
difficult game to play!! Or my braincells are on their way
to extinction

The story; a lord died and took his secret with him
in his grave. Professor Layton, the puzzlemaster
is asked to find the secret, The golden apple.
That’s the main quest, but they’re more strange
situations you’ve got to solve.
The whole village is puzzled.. hahahaha…
Each villager has a problem (or several) with puzzles
and by solving them, you get more hints to complete
your quests.

Professor Layton is a smartass and everything he says
is compared with a puzzle or reminds him of a puzzle…
Lol how fun it has to be, having a relationship with him.
Pleasing you reminds me of a puzzle I once solved….

Luke, his young assistent,an eager boy. 
A bit annoying some times with his squeaky voice with
a vulgar British accent, I’ve got it sir!!

The Graphics are very detailed, it’s like you’re watching
a cartoon. The vibe is very curious a bit obscure in a
kind of way. The music suits the game, but after being
busy with a puzzle for an hour it’s getting on your nerves.

Ok enough details about the story, the scenery
and the characters..

The puzzles are ranked with picarats, how higher the
picarats the more evil the puzzles are!
Most of them are too easy, but because I’ve got a case
of extreme hard thinking, the puzzles are difficult.
A couple of days ago I played Professor Layton with 2
of my geek friends and even they couldn’t figure every
puzzle out. So….They’re hard to solve!
I’m not (that) stupid

On the plus side; when a puzzle seems too hard to solve,
you can skip it and you can find the puzzle in a puzzlehouse.
When you finish a chapter and you haven’t solved all the
puzzles yet, you can also find them in the puzzlehouse.
That saves time, you don’t have to run thru the levels for
ages to find your missing puzzles (they’re everywhere and
nowhere).

The puzzles are diverse.
Sometimes you’ll get the same puzzle but more difficult,
like level 2,3,4 of the same puzzle.
But you’ve got to love a lot of puzzles or else it’s pure
torture when you have to play this game!
Throw away your sudoku puzzle book, get a nds
(and game ufcurse) and start training the simple side
of your brain!
It’s all about puzzles!
